This is Dawn’s 16th year of professional grooming. During that time Dawn has travelled to several countries, grooming
around the world including England, Scotland and the United States of America. Olá Puppy Pitt Meadows is Dawn’s third
salon she has owned and operated. Dawn is very excited to bring her skills and knowledge to her fourth salon in Langley.
Olá Puppy is excited to announce the newest member to the Olá team; Erin Lafreniene.
Erin graduated Grooming School with Dawn in 2011 and soon after ventured to the big city.... Vancouver. After that long commute, Erin was thrilled to be offered a position with Olá Puppy as she lives close by in Maple Ridge.

“I am so happy to have discovered Dawn and the fun and challenging world of dog grooming. I am anxiously awaiting for the opportunity to receive my CPPS certification! In my spare time I can often be found walking the dykes with my two dogs, Quinn and Brie.”

We welcome Carissa to our Ola Puppy Crew! Carissa has been taking private grooming lessons with Dawn for the last year. She is an all around animal lover, but dogs are her number one passion. As a creative and outgoing person, dog grooming fit perfectly into Carissa’s life. Carissa enjoys the upbeat and fun nature of the job and is always ready for a new challenge.
All the dogs love Derek because of his calm demeaner. You will quite often find Derek at the shop when we have larger dogs. When Derek is not at Olá Puppy, he is teaching golf as the Head Pro at Meadows Golf Centre.
Syney has always been an avid dog lover. Her favorite thing about working at Olá Puppy is getting to work with a wide variety of dogs, and no shift is ever the same! While she enjoys her job as Head Bather, Sydney is currently working on getting a degree in Criminology and hopes to one day work with inmates on their rehabilitiation and reintegration.
